Returns & Refunds Policy
At El Squid Roe Shop, we want you to love your gear as much as you love Cabo nights. While we don't offer returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues, we’re happy to help if something’s wrong with your order.
Wrong or Damaged Item? If you received the wrong item, or something arrived damaged or misprinted, no worries — we’ll make it right. Just email us at info@elsquidroe.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

A brief description of the issue
Once reviewed, we’ll issue a refund or ship a replacement ASAP.
Refunds Refunds are only offered for damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled items. Once your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Lost Packages If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office first. Still no luck? Contact us with your order number and tracking info so we can help.
Exchanges We currently do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors unless there was a mislabeling error. If you believe your item was mislabeled, let us know within 7 days with photos and order details, and we’ll replace it if it was our mistake.
Returns Please don’t return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns won’t be accepted or refunded.
European Union Customers Under EU law, some personalized items or opened products may not be eligible for return. We comply with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
